1) Melon Mix- 1/2 cantoloupe (meat only), 1/2 cup honeydew melon (meat only). 1/2 cup watermelon, meat and rind. Wash watermelon rind. Combine with other fruits. Juice and serve. 2) Apple-Grape- 1 medium apple, 1 small bunch grapes Wash fruit. Remove grapes from stem. Slice apple. Combine with grapes. Juice and serve. 3) Super Juice -1/2 pineapple spears (top removed and skinned) 1 large orange (peeled) 1 papaya or 1 mango (peeled, pit or seeds removed) 2 large carrots (washed, topped and tailed) 1/2 lime (peeled) 4) Cantaloupe Calmer - 1/2 cantaloupe, 2pears (washed and stems removed), add coconut milk for an exotic treat 5) Beauty Bonanza - 2 cucumbers, 1 lemon, 1 avocado 6) Stress Buster - 2 stalks celery, 1/2 bulb fennel, 2 cups romaine lettuce, 1/2 pineapple 7) Power Punch - 2 cups kale, 2 cups parsley, 1 cup spinach leaves, 1 medium apple (washed and stem removed), 3 stalks celery, 1/2 green bell pepper 8) Passion Play - 1 passion fruit, 1 cup grapes, 1 kiwi, 1/2 cup strawberries 9) Spicy Orange - 1" piece of ginger root, 2 large oranges (peeled), 1/2 cantaloupe, 1/2 lemon 10) Love Potion - 1 peach pitted, 1 cup grapes, 1 cup strawberries, 1 small apple (washed and stemmed) 11) Energy Boost - 1 carrot, 1 celery stalk, 1 beet root, 1 bunch of parsley, lettuce (a few loose leaves, washed and rolled), watercress ( a few loose leaves, washed and rolled), spinach ( a small bunch ), 3 tomatoes (washed and stemmed), salt to taste 12) Hot Tomato - 1 medium tomato, 1 medium carrot, 1 celery stalk, 1" cube of ginger, 1: cube horseradish root, few sprigs of cilantro, 1 radish, 1 clove garlic (peeled)
