Tomatoes
4 medium firm tomatoes - 2 cups of juice or 1 cup of pulp
Carrots
5 large carrots = 1 cup of juice or 1 cup of pulp
Cucumber1 large cucumber = 1 cup of juice
Zucchini and Squash
5 small zucchini = approx. 1 cup of juice
Celery
4 celery stalks = 3/4 cups juice
Pineapple
2 medium pineapples = approx. 2 cups juice or 2 1/2 cups of pulp
Potatoes
8 potatoes = approx. 1 cup juice or 2 cups pulp
Apples
6 meduim apples = 2 cups juice or 1 1/2 cups pulp
Oranges
5 medium oranges = 2 cups juice or 1 1/2 cups pulp
Mangoes
6 mangoes = 2 1/2 cups juice or 2 cups pulp
Pears
6 medium pears = 2 cups juice or 1 1/2 cups pulp
Papaya
1 medium papaya = approx. 1/2 cup juice or 1/3 cup pulp
To get the full benefits of fresh juice it should be consumed within 15-20 minutes.
It may seem like a lot of work to enjoy a fresh glass of juice, when you have to juice, and then wash the unit but unfortunately that is the only way to enjoy fresh juice and all its vitamins and nutrients. Fortunately the Power juicer is fast and easy to clean. Not to mention you save time by not having to peel, cut and core most fruits. You can put them in whole.
